Bryan Perkins, MD
A lifetime resident of Indianapolis, Bryan Perkins, MD, graduated from Southport High School and Indiana University School of Medicine. After completing his residency at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia, he returned to his Indianapolis roots.
His practice consists of all aspects of women’s healthcare with special interest in urogynecology, laparoscopic surgery, and minimally invasive surgery, especially robotic surgery, utilizing the DaVinci system.
Dr. Perkins leads medical mission trips to Cartagena, Colombia with Bridges of Hope International. He has served in several leadership capacities at St. Francis Hospital and Community Hospital-South. He is married with three grown children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and relaxing in Florida.

Jonathan Lupton, MD
A native of Carmel, Indiana, Jonathan Lupton, MD, graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Indiana University Medical Center in 1996 and joined Southside OBGYN the same year.
Dr. Lupton practices obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility. His areas of special interest include pelvic relaxation and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery utilizing the DaVinci system.
Dr. Lupton and his wife Suzann, who is a professor at IUPUI, have a son and daughter. When not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys cycling and playing tennis.

James Dunlop, MD
James Dunlop, MD, PhD, a native of Louisville, Kentucky, received both his PhD and MD from the University of Kentucky and completed his OBGYN residency at Indiana University. He joined Southside OBGYN in 2002.
He recently served as chairman of the OBGYN Department at St. Francis Hospital from 2010 to 2012. He currently is on the medical officers committee at the hospital. He also offers gynecologist services at the St. Thomas Clinic in Franklin, Indiana.
Dr. Dunlop provides the full scope of OBGYN services. His special interests include multiple births, urinary incontinence, and fertility issues.
He has three children. He enjoys bird watching, playing golf, and watching his children play sports.

Jessica Bell, DO
A native of Hagerstown, Indiana, Jessica Bell, DO, attended the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona and complete her OBGYN residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She served in the US Army as an obstetrician and gynecologist for seven years while stationed in Germany.
Dr. Bell’s practice consists of all aspects of women healthcare with special interests in complex obstetrical patients, multiples and minimally invasive surgery.
St. Francis Family Medicine program awarded her with the “Resident Teacher of the Year Award” in 2011. She also hosts a wide range of students from Marian Osteopathic, St. Francis Family Medicine, and the IU Residency program.
In her spare time, Dr. Bell enjoys running half marathons and playing volleyball, which she played in college. She is married with three children, a daughter and fraternal twins.

Cherrell Triplett, MD
Cherrell Triplett M.D, a native of Chicago, competed her undergraduate studies at Princeton University with a degree in Civil Engineering and Operations Research. She worked for eight years in the field of management consulting and corporate finance prior to completing her medical training at Loyola University School of Medicine in Maywood, IL. After completing her residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, she served as teaching faculty and assistant director of the medical student clerkship in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. While there, she received the APGO Excellence in Teaching Award in 2011. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Perinatal Patient Care Committee at Franciscan St. Francis Medical Center. She remains very active in medical student and resident education. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Marion University School of Medicine and at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She is also a faculty speaker for Hologic, Inc. – a leading company on women’s healthcare.
Dr. Triplett enjoys providing care for women at all stages of life. She has a special interest in high risk pregnancy, management of abnormal pap smears, adolescent gynecological care, management of abnormal uterine bleeding, treatment of fibroids, use of endometrial ablation, and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Triplett is single. In her free time she enjoys listening to live music, reading, traveling, interior and fashion design and Bikram yoga.

Leslie Foxlow, MD
A native of Indianapolis, Leslie Foxlow, MD, graduated from Southport High School. She attended Indiana University School of Medicine and received her medical degree in 2009. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 2013 at Indiana University and joined Southside OBGYN the same year. In 2012, she received the award for Excellence in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. She is currently serving as a member of the Perinatal Patient Care Committee at St. Francis Hospital.
Dr. Foxlow enjoys providing obstetric and gynecologic care for women during all stages of life. She has special interests in adolescent care, high risk pregnancies, abnormal uterine bleeding and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Foxlow is married with two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling and trying new restaurants.

Susan Logsdon, WHNP-BC
Susan Logsdon, WHNP-BC, earned her bachelors degree from the Indiana University School of Nursing. She earned her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certificate from Ball State University. Susan joined Southside OBGYN in 2004 and serves a clinical manager. She specializes in adolescent gynecology, sexual transmitted infections, and vulvar vaginal disorders.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exercising, and shopping with her daughter. She is active in community healthcare education. She is married with two children.
Jennifer McKay, FNP-C
Jennifer McKay, FNP-C, earned her bachelor’s degree at Florida State University and her master’s degree at Purdue University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate of nursing practice at Purdue. Jennifer has 13 years of women’s health experience and is passionate about depression and anxiety in women, interstitial cystitis, and obstetrical care.
She is the mother of four and enjoys traveling, bike riding, and anything outdoors or on the water. She is a Major in the Air National Guard and is passionate about serving her country.
Ruth Ozug, WHNP-BC
Ruth Ozug, WHNP-BC, earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and her master’s degree from Vanderbilt University. Before earning her master’s degree, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse and as a maternal fetal medicine research nurse. She joined Southside OBGYN in 2015. Ruth is passionate about adolescent gynecology, depression and anxiety in women, and contraceptive management.
She recently moved back to Indiana and is living in the Indianapolis area with her husband, daughter, and two cats. She enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family.
Glenn Dobbs, DO
Glenn Dobbs, DO, graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California, in 1988. He completed his OBGYN residency at the University of California at San Francisco in Fresno, California. He has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since 1989. He joined Southside OBGYN in March, 2012, and practices at our Mooresville office.
His areas of interest include high-risk obstetrics, diabetes care, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Dobbs, his wife, and two sons, who are in college, currently live in Mooresville.

Michael Boothe, MD
A native of El Paso, Texas, Michael Boothe, MD, graduated from medical school in Mexico and completed his residency in OBGYN at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He has been practicing since 1984 and joined Southside OBGYN in 2005. He enjoys all aspects of women’s patient care, including obstetrics, adolescent care, and fertility.
He has volunteered yearly for medical mission trips to Haiti and Honduras.
He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys fishing, traveling, auto racing, and equestrian events. He is married with six children.

Virginia Takagi, MD
A native of Washington State, Virginia Takagi, MD, attended the University of Rochester in upstate New York for medical school. She then came to Indiana for her residency at Indiana University. Dr. Takagi enjoys practicing both obstetrics and gynecology, but she has a special interest in adolescent care, high-risk pregnancies, abnormal periods, and minimally invasive surgery.
When she’s not working, Dr. Takagi loves spending time with her husband and two young sons. She also enjoys playing the piano, gardening, participating in church service, and traveling when time permits.

Jocelyn Forehand, CMPE, CPC, CEO
Jocelyn joined Southside OBGYN in 2012. She has a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis. She is a member of the college of American Certified Medical Practice Executives (www.MGMA.com) and also a certified coder with the American Association of Professional Coders (www.AAPC.com).
Jocelyn is also the current President of the Indiana chapter of the MGMA (www.imgma.net) and was recently recognized as the Legislative Liaison of the Year (2015) by the MGMA. She is currently serving on a committee reviewing HIP 2.0 debit card and the state prior authorization task team appointed by the Governor.
She has one son (AJ) and a golden doodle (Brutus) and enjoys spending time out of the office reading and doing activities with her family.
